Warranty

Every product sold by ToppyHome comes with our own 2-Year Limited Warranty. We provide this warranty ourselves, separately from any manufacturer warranty, so you have coverage from us no matter what the manufacturer's terms say.

What is covered

We warrant that each product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for two (2) years from the date it is delivered to you. This warranty applies to the original purchaser.

What we will do

If a covered defect appears during the warranty period, we will, at our option:

send you a replacement part for the defective component,
repair or replace the product, or
refund the purchase price of the product if repair or replacement is not reasonably possible.

We pay the cost of shipping replacement parts or products to you. Labor for removing or installing parts in a built-in outdoor kitchen is not included.

What is not covered

Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents and cosmetic changes that do not affect performance
Surface rust, discoloration or heat tinting of steel, and paint or finish that burns off during normal use
Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, fire, flood, severe weather or other acts of nature
Damage from improper assembly or installation, or from failing to follow the manufacturer's instructions
Products that have been modified or repaired by someone other than us or the manufacturer
Commercial, rental or other non-residential use
Consumable items such as fire starters, charcoal, gaskets and foil liners
Clay or ceramic grills damaged by moisture, rain or freezing where the product instructions say to keep them dry

Damage that happens during shipping is handled under our Refund Policy, not this warranty. Please see "Damaged or incorrect items" there.

How to make a claim

Email support@toppyhome.shop with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos or a short video showing the defect.
We will reply within 2 business days, and may ask for more information or for the defective part to be returned (we provide the return label).
Once the claim is approved, we will ship the replacement or issue the refund.

Manufacturer warranties

ToppyHome is an independent retailer and not an authorized dealer for the brands we sell. Some manufacturers limit their own warranties to purchases from their authorized dealers, and each product page tells you what we know about that brand's terms. Our 2-Year Limited Warranty applies regardless.

Your legal rights

Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the two-year duration of this written warranty. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limits may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
