Refund policy

Effective September 23, 2026

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and return shipping is free.

Return window

You may return any item within 30 days of the date it was delivered. To start a return, email support@toppyhome.shop with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. Returns sent without first contacting us may be delayed.

Condition

Items should be returned unused, in the same condition you received them, with all parts, accessories and manuals, in the original packaging where possible. If an item comes back used, damaged or missing parts, we may reduce the refund by the cost to restore it to resaleable condition. We will contact you before doing so.

Free return shipping

Returns are free. For parcel-sized items, we email you a prepaid return label to send the item back by mail. For large or heavy grills that shipped by freight, we arrange and pay for the freight pickup. Please keep the item packed and ready for the carrier.

Refunds

We inspect returned items and issue your refund within 7 days of receiving the return. Refunds go to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional business days to post the credit. We do not charge restocking fees.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. For freight deliveries, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. If an item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement part, a replacement product, or a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return it under this policy and place a new order for the item you want, or contact us and we'll help arrange it.

Cancellations

Orders ship within 24 hours. If you contact us before your order ships, we will cancel it and refund you in full. After it ships, you can return it under this policy.
