The Walk-A-Bout 2.0 is a grill you can pick up by the handle and carry to the park, the beach or a tailgate. It comes fully assembled, so it goes straight from the box to the car. Fold the legs up and it lies flat in the trunk. When you get there, fold them down, pour in charcoal, and you're ready to light it.

Its 332 sq. in. grate is larger than most portable grills, with room for about a dozen burgers or a full pack of chicken thighs and a few ears of corn. The chrome-plated steel grate spreads the heat, and vents on both the lid and the bowl let you control the fire: open them for a hot sear on burgers, close them down to cook chicken through without burning the outside. After you cook, the ash catcher lets you empty spent charcoal without tipping the whole grill. The handle stays cool, and a hook on the side holds your spatula or tongs.

The Ocean Blue lid is its standout feature. It's bright enough to find in a crowded campground and cheerful enough to leave out on a small patio.
