This Privacy Policy explains how ToppyHome ("we," "us," "our"), operated by NEGRON, collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit toppyhome.shop (the "Site") or buy from us. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.

Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, order details, and anything you include when you contact us or submit a warranty claim (such as photos).
Payment information: payments are processed by our payment processors. We do not receive or store your full card number.

We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, honor returns and warranties, and meet tax, accounting and legal requirements. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and payments are processed over encrypted connections by PCI-compliant providers. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
