Bayou Classic comes from the outdoor cooking culture of south Louisiana: crawfish boils, camp cooking and long days outside. This 22-inch kamado is its take on the ceramic cooker. Its hand-applied Cypress Leaf glaze is inspired by the trees along the bayou. The pattern differs on every grill, so no two look the same.
What makes any kamado work is thick, heavy ceramic. It soaks up heat and radiates it back evenly, which keeps food moist and holds a steady temperature for hours, whether you're grilling burgers, smoking a pork shoulder or baking bread. This one comes with a 19" reversible grate, two ceramic inserts, a stainless thermometer and bamboo side shelves and handle. The lid, body and hinge come pre-assembled.
