The Notebook grill folds down to about an inch thick, like a closed laptop, which is where the name comes from. Its patented fold-open design stands up 13 inches tall in seconds and folds back flat into its own carrying case. At 8 pounds, it fits behind a car seat or in a backpack, or under a bed in a small apartment.

Open, it has a 17.3" × 11.8" cooking surface of 3.5mm plated steel bars, enough for burgers, hot dogs or kebabs for a few people. The body is steel with high-temperature paint.
