This 18-inch Napoleon kettle is sized for a small patio or balcony, or for couples who cook most nights without firing up a big grill. It still has the airflow system from Napoleon's larger kettles. The Vortex design moves heat around the bowl for a better sear and more even smoking, and it uses less charcoal. The top vent is shielded from wind and rain but stays easy to adjust.

The stainless grid heats quickly, cleans easily and is hinged, so you can add charcoal or a chunk of smoking wood without lifting it. Napoleon strengthened the leg joints on this model, so it stands firm on four legs at a comfortable working height, and weather-proof wheels let you move it around. The ACCU-PROBE gauge in the lid shows the temperature, a built-in hanger holds the lid while you cook, and the heavy steel ash catcher pulls off for cleanup.
