Ñuke Delta 47" Argentine Wood-Burning Gaucho Grill, Black

The Delta brings Argentine gaucho grilling to a backyard-sized grill. It's handmade in Argentina with a modern look. Logs or lump charcoal burn in the brazier basket on top, and the embers fall onto a brick-lined bed below. Use the included poker and shovel to pile them deep under the grate for searing or spread them thin for slow cooking.

The 547 sq. in. grate raises and lowers with a quick lever, so you can move food toward or away from the heat in seconds. Refractory bricks line the whole body and focus heat onto the grate. A steel plancha sits on top of the fire basket for another 188 sq. in. of flat-top space for vegetables or sausages. Below the brick bed, a drawer stores tools and also works as a warming drawer during a long asado.

It stands on a rugged base with swivel casters, and the steel lid and a full-length vinyl cover are included.
