Tagwood BBQ Chief Series 68" BBQ03SI Argentine Santa Maria Grill

The BBQ03SI is the flagship freestanding grill in Tagwood's Chief Series, a full Argentine asado setup on four swivel casters. A wheel raises and lowers the main 304 stainless grate from 2.5" to 16" above the coals: low for picanha and ribeye, high for short ribs or a whole flank. The brasero firebox on the side burns hardwood or lump charcoal down to embers that drop into the grill bed.

You get several cooking areas at once. Grill the main cuts on the 34" × 16" grate, cook potatoes and vegetables on the secondary grate and griddle, and hang chorizo or pineapple on the stainless S-hooks to take on smoke. Firebricks line the bottom and side walls, which spreads the heat evenly and protects the steel for a longer life. A side table, a bottle opener, tool hooks and a safety door on the front complete it.
