Plug it in, set the time and temperature on the digital panel, and the thermostat holds it steady while you get on with your day. The window in the door lets you check on the food without opening it and losing heat and smoke.

Smoke flavor comes from wood chips, and the patented side loader lets you add more mid-cook without opening the door. The body is fully insulated and the door latches tight, so the smoker keeps its heat even on cool days. A removable water bowl adds moisture and catches drippings, a rear grease tray slides out for cleanup, and an adjustable air damper lets you control how much smoke stays in.
