Ñuke Malevo 20" Portable Cowboy Grill and Fire Pit

The Malevo is a handmade Argentine campfire grill you can take anywhere. It's a 20-inch round steel fire bowl with telescopic legs. Set it at waist height to grill without crouching, or take the legs off and use it at ground level as a fire pit after dinner. With the legs collapsed, it fits in a car trunk.

It comes with a lot of cooking gear. There's a full 314 sq. in. grate, a split half-grate and a half-moon griddle that can be combined in different ways, and a traditional Argentine asado frame. The frame holds the full grate at three angles over the fire, with meat hooks to keep food in place, for slow-cooking ribs or a spatchcocked chicken the way gauchos do. A hinged side door opens onto the 9-inch-deep coal bed so you can add wood or move coals without lifting the grate. A wooden side table and poker are included.
