Primo Oval Large 300 Ceramic Kamado Grill with Stainless Steel Grates

Round kamados are hard to set up for two-zone cooking, because the fire sits in the middle and heat rises evenly everywhere. Primo's patented oval shape fixes that. Pile the lump charcoal on one end and you get a real direct-heat side for searing and a real indirect side for roasting or smoking, in the same cook. It's the main reason people choose a Primo, and it makes the grill more versatile than a round kamado of the same size.

The ceramic shell holds heat steadily anywhere from about 150°F for smoking to 850°F or more for pizza and steaks. It has a cast-iron top vent and a stainless draft door, and the reversible stainless grates won't rust. The 300 sq. in. main grid (15" × 22") grows to 495 sq. in. with Primo's optional rack system.

Options

Grill Head Only is the ceramic grill by itself, for mounting in a table or island or on a Primo cart you already have. All-In-One adds a cradle stand with locking casters, fold-down side tables, an ash tool and a grate lifter. It's ready to cook after a few minutes of setup.
