The RCS Premier 32" gives an outdoor kitchen a generous charcoal grill: 720 sq. in. of cooking area across solid stainless grids and a warming rack. That's enough to grill for a crowd or set up a two-zone fire with plenty of room on each side.

The Vari-adjust charcoal tray raises and lowers the fire to set your heat, and an adjustable rear vent controls airflow and smoke. A full-width stainless drip tray slides out the front, so grease and ash don't build up in the island. The lid has an analog thermometer.

Two installation notes: this unit can't be used with an insulating liner, and it must go in a non-combustible cabinet. Leave 26" of clearance behind it for the lid.
