Tagwood BBQ BBQ05SS 48" Stainless Steel Built-In Argentine Santa Maria Grill

The BBQ05SS from Tagwood's Ultimate Series is an all-304-stainless Argentine grill for building into an outdoor kitchen. It has one of the widest height ranges in Tagwood's lineup: turn the wheel and the main grate moves from 1.5" above the coals for a hard sear up to 19.8" for gentle, hours-long cooking like a half lamb.

The brasero firebox gets hardwood or lump charcoal going quickly and keeps flames away from the food, and embers drop into the firebrick-lined bed as you need them. The firebricks spread heat evenly and extend the grill's life. Beyond the 34" × 16.5" main grate, there's an interchangeable griddle for vegetables or salmon and S-shaped hooks for hanging chorizo in the smoke. A bottle opener, 304 stainless shovel and coal rake are included.
