Tagwood BBQ BBQ09SS 40" Stainless Steel Argentine Grill Insert with V-Grates

The BBQ09SS is Tagwood's Argentine grill built as an insert for an outdoor kitchen island. It's made entirely of 304 stainless steel and has everything a gaucho grill needs. A front wheel raises and lowers the main grate from 1" to 10" above the coals. The side brasero firebox burns firewood or lump charcoal down to embers that fall into the cooking bed.

The main grate is V-shaped: each bar is a channel that carries fat away from the fire into a collector box, which prevents flare-ups and makes cleanup easy. The main grilling area is 33.5" × 20.5", with 656 sq. in. total plus S-hooks for hanging sausages or fish over the smoke. Slow-cook short ribs for four hours, grill chorizo, or smoke a whole fish. A stainless shovel and coal rake are included. Firebricks, a secondary grate and a griddle are available separately.
