Coyote 36" Built-In Stainless Steel Charcoal Grill

Coyote Outdoor Living designs outdoor kitchen appliances for people who treat charcoal cooking as a craft. The 36" built-in is its largest charcoal grill, with 875 sq. in. of cooking area in 304 stainless steel. That's enough to run a full two-zone fire with a big sear zone and plenty of indirect space for a pork shoulder or a few whole chickens.

A crank on the control panel lifts and lowers the fuel tray, and adjustable dampers manage the airflow. The charcoal drawer slides out from the front, so you can add fuel or wood chips without lifting the grates. An integrated wind guard keeps gusts from stirring up the fire, and a warming rack and slide-out drip tray come with it. It needs a 120V outlet for its electrical components.
