Coyote Asado 22" Built-In Ceramic Charcoal Smoker

The Coyote Asado is a ceramic kamado-style cooker designed to drop into an outdoor kitchen island, so you get kamado performance without a freestanding egg on the patio. Thick ceramic holds heat for hours, and a top venting cap with bottom slide vents gives precise control. You can run it hot for burgers and sausages, hold it low for lamb shoulder or pulled pork, or bake pizza and bread.

It comes with Coyote's laser-cut Signature cooking grate. A pizza stone, heat deflector, stand, cover, sleeve and other accessories are available separately. Coyote also makes its own lump charcoal for it.

Coyote publishes a limited lifetime warranty on the Asado's ceramic parts, 5 years on metal and cast-iron parts, and 1 year on wood/composite parts, the thermometer and casters. Coyote sets its own eligibility conditions for this warranty, which can include where the product was purchased. Please confirm coverage with Coyote before you buy.
