Masterbuilt Gravity Series 560 Digital Charcoal Grill + Smoker

The 560 is the smallest and most affordable Gravity Series grill, with the same controls as the bigger models. Fill the side hopper with charcoal, light a fire starter, and set a temperature on the panel or in the Masterbuilt app. Gravity keeps charcoal feeding down, and the digital fan feeds the fire just enough air to hold the set point. It reaches 225°F in about 7 minutes for smoking and 700°F in about 13 for searing, which is quicker than most gas grills.

A full hopper holds 16 lbs of briquettes or 10 lbs of lump, which lasts 12 to 15 hours. Masterbuilt includes reversible cast-iron grates: ridges up for steaks and chops, flat side up for low-and-slow cooking. Two porcelain-coated racks bring the total to 560 sq. in., enough for about 21 burgers or 5 racks of ribs. A meat probe and lid thermometer are included.
