SnS Grills Home 'N Roam 18" Travel Kettle Charcoal Grill, Black

Most portable grills can only do hot and fast. The Home 'N Roam is an 18-inch travel kettle that comes with a 430 stainless Slow 'N Sear charcoal basket. The basket holds the coals to one side, so you get a searing zone and a gentle indirect zone on the same grate. That means real two-zone cooking at a campsite or tailgate, even slow-smoking a rack of ribs.

It's built like SnS's full-size kettle. The grate is 304 stainless, with a five-vent ash system and oversized top and bottom vents for high heat. There's a 1" "smoke hole" for an optional fan controller and a ½" probe port for a thermometer. The lid cradle holds the lid to the side while you cook, then folds up to lock the lid on for carrying. It weighs 17.8 lbs.

Note: the Slow 'N Sear basket is designed to work with a separate water pan (sold separately) and has no built-in reservoir.
